These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DIMENSIONAL COALESCENCE, a Roblox game, and our associated Discord bot and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by us ("we," "our," or "us").

Game Services

Virtual Items and Currency

Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue virtual items at any time
Virtual items are forfeited if your account is terminated

Discord Bot Services

Bot Features

Our Discord bot provides the following services:

Account Linking: Link your Discord and Roblox accounts
Statistics Display: View your game statistics in Discord servers
Leaderboards: Access server and global leaderboards
Moderation Tools: Server administrators can use moderation features
Notifications: Receive updates about game events and achievements

Server Integration

Server administrators must invite our bot to their Discord servers
Bot functionality may vary based on server permissions and settings
We are not responsible for how server administrators configure or use our bot
Server administrators are responsible for complying with Discord's Terms of Service

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Cheating and Exploitation

Using cheats, hacks, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software
Attempting to gain unfair advantages over other players
Exploiting bugs or glitches for personal gain
Creating or distributing cheating tools or exploits

Harassment and Abuse

Harassing, bullying, or threatening other players
Using offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language
Sharing personal information of other players without consent
Creating or sharing inappropriate content

Technical Violations

Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage our Services
Overloading our servers or infrastructure
Reverse engineering or decompiling our game or bot
Circumventing security measures or access controls

Commercial Violations

Selling, trading, or transferring accounts or virtual items for real money
Using our Services for commercial purposes without permission

Impersonating our staff or claiming official affiliation

Consequences: Violation of these rules may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans from our Services, at our sole discretion.

Discord owns the platform on which our bot operates
